PPC Executive -Northwich /2 days in the office - £29K - £35K + Performance Bonus

 Our client, a preeminent leader in outdoor vacation experiences across Europe, boasts an impressive portfolio of over 150 locations spanning multiple countries. They have revolutionized the holiday booking process by meticulously tailoring each aspect of the vacation to meet individual preferences and needs, from the date of departure to the choice of swimming facilities.

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to oversee the performance of paid search marketing channels, in collaboration with the Paid Media Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth across all source markets. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a confident professional eager to leverage their expertise to enhance performance channels, and to further their career development within an innovative company.


  • Proactively manage and enhance the performance of our PPC accounts on Google and Bing Ads using advanced techniques and best practices. Responsibilities include designing, planning, and executing a diverse range of PPC campaigns, as well as implementing strategic optimizations. This will involve the use of Bulk Operations and adjustments to Bid Strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to implement a cohesive paid search strategy across all source markets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of trends and utilize data-driven decision-making to optimize account performance. Specific tasks include:
  • Adjusting target ROAS bid strategies.
  • Integrating business data into bid strategies for informed decision-making.
  • Performing competitive analysis to refine bidding strategies, utilizing insights such as impression share and top of page data.
  • Developing new audience segments in GA360 for retargeting high-value users.
  • Managing bulk changes to labels and implementing script usage for efficiency.
  • Crafting, testing, and deploying engaging ad copy, as well as mass updates to ad creatives and extensions, including price and promotional code extensions.
  • Designing and executing landing page tests and leveraging the results to drive further optimizations.
  • Conducting Search Query Reports (SQR) and monitoring for 404 errors to maintain account hygiene.


  • Minimum of two years' experience managing medium to large-scale Google Ads accounts, with a preference for candidates holding Google Ads Certification.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads is mandatory. Familiarity with Search Ads 360 is preferred.
  • Fluency in French is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated passion for the search industry and insight into its future direction.
  • Results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving set objectives.
  • Highly analytical mindset, with the capacity to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively through both oral and written presentations. 


  • End-of-year bonus which equates to 4% of salary (when a company hits overall revenue targets)
  • 25 days holiday, which increases by 1 day every year of service up to a maximum of 27 days.
  • Staff holiday discount scheme = 7 free nights at any Eurocamp parc outside of the main school summer holidays and heavily discounted staff price between 20th July – 31st August.
  • 3% pension contribution by company (5% by candidate)
