Search and Securing an Assignment
The contract team appreciates that securing the right role in the market can sometimes be difficult and that each contractor’s requirements will greatly differ. Therefore, the team can offer their expertise from the market to help contractors find an assignment that best suits their needs, whether this is remote working, positioned in-house or a mix. The team will be able to advise candidates on how contract positions work, giving them advice on expected rates, and assisting them with the application process. Once the team has found an appropriate role for a candidate, they will assist them during the application process and will offer support in securing the assignment.
Placement Process
Once the team has secured an assignment for the candidate, they will help set them up with all the administrative tasks involved with contract work. Whether the candidate has their own limited business, or need support getting connected with an Umbrella Company, the team will be on hand. After the initial set up the team will be there to support with all other day to day tasks, such as weekly reminders for timesheets to ensure an on-time payment is made, making the process is as stress-free for the candidate as possible. The team will support the candidate until the end of their assignment and will be there to help find the candidate their next contract role.
