In a Head of Digital job client side, you will work to have the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the company’s digital activities. The role will include overseeing the marketing of the company’s products through various digital channels and platforms. You will work to uncover the location of target audiences and understand how best to target them and gauge a response to convert them into a customer.
Heads of Digital will be very experienced and have worked in various roles and sectors to build their knowledge of the industry. They may also be sector specific, with potential specialisms in travel, retail, utilities etc and they will likely progress their career in their field of specialism or a related area. They may work in permanent or interim roles but will be very experienced in working with a range of stakeholders to help integrate and develop digital in their business. They will be at the cutting edge of digital development and normally deploy a mix of proven successful channels and test environments for new activities.
