Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager – £27k - £32k + Bonus – Hybrid working – Chester area 

Our client is a successful agency who are on the lookout for a new Key Account Manager - You'll look after 5-10 client. This requires building strong client relationships (new & existing) and ensuring exceptional service. You'll maximise business potential by uncovering upsell/cross-sell opportunities and maintain regular communication keeping you in tune with client needs, priorities & goals.

As Key account manager, you'll bridge the gap to internal team and client objectives. You will also craft compelling contracts, proposals, reports, and marketing materials to ensure client success all whilst developing your marketing knowledge - as you’ll be supported by expert teams across Paid Media, SEO, Content, Social and Creative divisions.

You will need:

• Proven track record in Account Management
• Experience in the marketing industry.
• Sharp business acumen + good commercial awareness
• Passion for exceeding client expectations 
• Strong organisational skills 
• Confident presenter
