The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for optimisation of the established communication channels and identify strategies to drive traffic through the website as well as in store activity. This role involves excellent responsibilities like developing and planning email content and liaise with external agencies about the creative execution of the campaigns. The successful candidate will manage the data selection and testing and analyse the performance for any improvements within cost savings as well as reach to maximise ROI. The CRM Coordinator will work closely with the CRM Manager to run the campaigns and generate performance reporting, whilst support with database maintenance and data processes.  

The Key Responsibilities of the CRM Coordinator: 

  • Maximise the company’s email communications in order to engage customers and drive traffic and sales 
  • Plan and produce an email plan whilst ensuring that the budget is adhered to
  • Liaise closely with the CRM Manager and Content Manager; making sure that the right messages reach the right customers
  • Produce email and copy briefs and work with both internal and external departments to deliver cutting – edge email designs which meet the campaign objectives 
  • Be responsible for the execution of campaigns across of digital and non-digital platforms
  • Produce regular reports on the performance of the database and ensure regular contact with the store teams 
  • Review, analyse and report on the all email activities in order to make sure that targets are achieved
  • Analyse the data selection and maintain the customer database 

The Perfect Candidate: 

  • Proven experience of working with CRM service providers is essential
  • Knowledge and passion for CRM as well as interest in retail
  • Prior experience of implementing consumer email programmes from start to finish
  • Fantastic organisational, communication and numeric skills are essential for this role 
  • A quick learner with an ‘eye for detail’ and a commercial mind-set
  • Ability to create a solid understanding of the online customer journey and consumer behaviour 
  • Basic HTML knowledge and a very customer focused mindset 
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel and is very numeric 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, where a passion for retail and marketing is vital
