With a strong reputation for trend-led, affordable products and an impressive track record of success across social commerce, they're now looking for a Social Commerce Executive to help accelerate the next stage of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, ambitious business where you'll have genuine ownership, the chance to shape strategy, and a direct influence on a rapidly expanding revenue channel.
Role Responsibilities
· Manage the day-to-day operation and growth of the TikTok Shop.
· Optimise product listings, promotions and campaign performance.
· Source and manage affiliate creators to drive sales.
· Work with agency partners to deliver successful live shopping events.
· Monitor performance, analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
· Build relationships with TikTok and internal stakeholders to maximise results.
· Ensure platform compliance and stay ahead of TikTok trends and updates.
Role Requirements
· Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop.
· 2–3 years' experience in eCommerce / social commerce or marketplace management.
· Experience with affiliate or influencer marketing.
· Commercially minded with strong analytical skills.
· Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
· Knowledge of TikTok trends, live shopping or retail brands is advantageous.
