Senior Marketing Manager

Senior Marketing Manager - £50,000 - £70,000 – Greater Manchester – Office based

This role will devise strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns (PR, Brand, Social & Email/CRM), manage an internal team and drive overall brand awareness.

Ideally this individual will come from Brand Marketing background with exposure to Digital channels.

Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be given autonomy over approach and channel direction with a clear path to Head of Marketing as the department grows.

Roles and Responsibilities Senior Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute strategic brand marketing plans in line with wider business objectives
• Lead and oversee multi-channel campaigns across PR, Brand, Social & Email/CRM
• Drive brand awareness and visibility through PR activity
• Manage marketing function of x4, identify skill gaps and develop the department
• Work closely with wider commercial teams to ensure marketing efforts align with wider activity
• Track, analyse and report on channel performance to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Previous experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns
• Previous Brand/PR background with proven examples of driving brand awareness
• Proven experience devising strategy with channel specialists
• Previous experience managing a team
• Experience managing and allocating budgets
• Excellent communicator capable of reporting to key stakeholders at varying levels
