As Salesforce CRM Team Lead, you’ll guide a talented crew of admins and developers while rolling up your sleeves to drive hands-on improvements. This role blends strategic thinking with technical know-how and offers genuine scope to shape the CRM roadmap.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a skilled Salesforce team
- Owning sprint planning, Jira board management, and Agile delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align tech with business goals
- Getting hands-on with flows, objects, and platform configuration
- Acting as the go-between for tech and business teams
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in Salesforce roles, plus admin certification
- Experience leading in an Agile environment (2+ years)
- Strong skills in Salesforce Flows and object management
- Confident with Jira, sprint planning, and stakeholder comms
- Flexibility to work hybrid (Leeds-based, 2 office days/week)
