Are you an accomplished commercial analyst with a background working closely with sales teams? Can you confidently use Tableau to produce reports and insight? Do you find it easy to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and manage big personalities?

One of our core clients are looking for a Commercial Analytics Manager to join their lively office in Macclesfield to support the sales department with valuable actionable insight to help drive performance.

The role:

  • Have ownership of the departments data function, delivering end to end reporting and analysis
  • Be responsible for sales forecasting, resource requirements and planning activities 
  • Working collaboratively to drive growth in the business by empowering operational teams achieve their goals
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and deeper dives into areas of opportunity
  • Devise, develop and produce ongoing reports & MI relevant to the contact centre performance
  • Management and development of a small resource planning team
  • Produce actionable insight to recommend areas that can drive growth
  • Produce predictions based on hypothetical market and staffing changes
  • Identify areas for improvement in contact centre performance

About you:

  • Previous experience as an analyst, preferably in a sales, contact centre or commercial team
  • Commercially focused with a strong business acumen
  • Proficient with Excel, Tableau and SQL
  • Able to produce digestible insight in the form of reporting packs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous team or line management experience
