With a loyal customer base and an ambitious growth plan, the team is investing further in its digital presence and is now looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to elevate its organic and paid activity.
The Social Media Manager will take full ownership of the brand’s social strategy across organic and paid channels. This person will shape the social roadmap, lead creative direction and ensure all activity supports brand awareness, community growth and commercial performance. It is a strategic and hands on role suited to someone who thrives in a creative, fast paced environment.
What you will be doing…
- Leading the development and evolution of the social media strategy across key platforms
- Creating structured content roadmaps and translating campaigns into compelling social storytelling
- Driving growth in reach, engagement, community and organic traffic
- Guiding creative direction across imagery, video and graphics while ensuring brand consistency
- Using insight and analytics to refine content, identify trends and optimise performance
What we are looking for…
- Minimum five years experience in social media across both organic and paid channels
- Proven success growing social performance and shaping content strategy
- Strong creative judgement with experience directing and producing visual content
- Confident using data to inform decisions and translate insight into action
- Highly organised, detail focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
