An established, fast growing organisation is looking to strengthen its central marketing function with a new Social Media Manager. The business is known for its strong sense of community, its commitment to exceptional customer experience, and its ability to create meaningful, human connections. With continued growth across the UK and internationally, they are now seeking an experienced social media leader to help elevate their brand and support their expanding network.
This is a senior, hands on role for someone who blends creative instinct with commercial thinking. The successful candidate will own the social vision end to end, shaping strategy, driving channel performance, and leading a video‑first approach across all major platforms. Part strategist, part creator, part coach, they will play a key role in building a distinctive social presence that inspires audiences, grows communities, and supports wider business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Steering the social strategy from creation to data analysis across both organic & paid social media including UGC & influencer marketing
- Producing standout content across multiple social media channels ( TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts ) with a huge focus on video content.
- Managing performance across all social channels, using data and testing to improve engagement, grow reach, and drive conversions.
- Supporting a broad network of independent professionals by providing training to help strengthen their personal social presence.
What We’re Looking For…
- Minimum 6 years of experience leading social media strategy, with a proven ability to scale brands and build communities across diverse platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of organic and paid social, including video production, influencer partnerships, and performance-driven optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to connect content effectiveness and community growth to commercial impact.
- An assured communicator and team player who can influence stakeholders and advocate for the strategic value of social throughout the organisation.
- Finger on the pulse of new channels and formats
