The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s social media strategy. This is a hands-on position for a creative, strategic, and data-driven individual who thrives on crafting standout content, spotting trends, and building online communities. You’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and commercial growth through compelling social storytelling, influencer partnerships, and innovative campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Developing and executing engaging content across Meta and TikTok, including short-form video, imagery, and stories.
- Capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video and photo content for organic and paid channels.
- Managing customer and influencer shoots to ensure strong visual assets.
- Building and engaging an authentic online community that advocates for the brand.
- Identifying and managing influencer relationships to deliver measurable ROI.
- Creating collaborative campaigns with complementary brands to amplify reach.
- Planning and delivering high-impact social campaigns around design trends and seasonal moments.
- Analysing performance data to provide insights and optimise results.
- Ensuring social activity supports wider business goals, driving traffic, conversions, and brand growth.
What We’re Looking For…
- Proven experience managing social media channels for a consumer brand or agency.
- Strong video editing and content creation skills – confident both behind and in front of the camera.
- Excellent understanding of social trends, storytelling, and platform best practices.
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and deliver performance-driven improvements.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and audience resonance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
