We are working with a thriving beauty brand based in Stockport, dedicated to bringing the latest trends, must-have products, and influencer collaborations to their growing community. We're on the hunt for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media and has their finger firmly on the pulse of the beauty industry.
As the clients Social Media Manager, you will be the driving force behind their social presence. You’ll develop and execute content and social strategies, creating buzz and engagement across platforms. Your role will involve being the social champion within the business, leading end-to-end campaigns, and collaborating with the design team to bring content ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement social media and content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Be at the forefront of social trends, particularly on TikTok and Meta, always knowing the latest must-have beauty and makeup buys.
- Lead and manage end-to-end social campaigns, from concept to execution.
- Develop relationships with influencers and manage brand collaborations.
- Work closely with the design team on content creation and visual storytelling.
- Regularly report on social media performance, providing insights and analysis to guide strategy.
About You:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
- A true social media enthusiast who is chronically online and immersed in TikTok trends.
- Passionate about beauty, makeup, and the latest industry trends.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and manage successful campaigns.
- Versed in influencer marketing or developing brand partnerships.
- Proficient in social reporting and data analysis.
- Highly organised with strong communication skills.
