A fast growing consumer services business is scaling its digital presence and investing heavily in performance marketing. Operating in a regulated financial services adjacent space, the company has built a strong reputation for helping customers recover money they are owed through a clear and compliant process. With ambitious growth plans for the next phase, they are now strengthening their in house marketing capability.
The business is looking to hire a Performance Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition activity across key digital channels. This role will suit someone who enjoys hands on campaign management while also thinking strategically about growth, efficiency and customer lifetime value. The position offers strong autonomy and the chance to have a visible impact on revenue.
What you will be doing…
- Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and paid social
- Owning paid acquisition budgets with a focus on efficiency, scale and return on investment
- Analysing performance data to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition
- Running ongoing testing across audiences, creatives and landing journeys
- Reporting on performance and identifying new opportunities for growth
What we are looking for…
- Proven experience in performance marketing within a lead generation or direct to consumer environment
- Hands on experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- A commercial mindset with a test and learn approach
- Experience in regulated or compliance led industries is beneficial but not essential
