The Performance Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering paid media success for the agency’s clients. Working closely with account, creative, and strategy teams, they’ll ensure that every campaign not only performs but also aligns seamlessly with broader brand and business objectives.
What you'll be doing...
- Leading on paid media strategy across both paid search and social.
- Overseeing campaign planning, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Building strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Managing and developing a team of paid media specialists.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure integrated, creative, and results-driven campaigns.
What you'll be doing...
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Agency background (desired)
- Confidence leading client communications
- A track record in team leadership or line management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing.
