We’re partnering with a leading integrated media and performance agency that is looking to hire a Client Services & Performance Lead to join their London team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency background who enjoys building client relationships, leading performance strategy, and delivering campaigns that drive measurable growth.
You’ll work closely one major clients across a broad mix of media channels, acting as a key point of contact while partnering with internal teams across media and performance channels.
What you’ll be doing...
- Managing and growing key client relationships
- Leading performance-focused campaign strategy across multiple channels
- Working across digital and traditional media and wider media
- Identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and client growth
- Presenting insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal specialists to deliver integrated campaigns
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What you need...
- Agency experience within client services, media or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of performance and cross-channel media planning
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Commercially minded with a strategic approach
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and client priorities
