We are working with a rapidly growing ecommerce brand that specialises in premium beds and sleep products. The brand has a strong digital presence and is entering an exciting phase of expansion. Paid social is a major driver of customer acquisition, and the team is investing heavily in performance marketing. This role offers the chance to join a data led, collaborative and ambitious environment.
The company is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to take full ownership of paid social activity across Meta and TikTok. This is a hands on role focused on driving measurable ecommerce performance. You will work closely with creative, ecommerce and marketing teams to continually test, optimise and scale campaigns.
What You Will Be Doing…
- Managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok from planning to optimisation
- Driving revenue, ROAS and customer acquisition through structured testing and performance analysis
- Developing audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences
- Leading creative testing with design and content teams to improve ad performance
- Producing regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
What We Are Looking For…
- Proven experience managing Meta & TikTok Ads for an ecommerce brand
- Strong track record of improving ROAS, CPA and revenue performance
- Confident analysing data and making optimisation decisions
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to test and refine ad content
- Experience with additional paid social platforms such as Pinterest or Snapchat
- Background in ecommerce, retail or direct to consumer brands
- Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics tools
