We’re working with a growing agency based in Manchester city centre that’s doing fantastic work within the ecommerce space and they’re looking to bring in a Paid Ads Specialist to join the team.

They partner with some of the coolest DTC brands out there, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be hands-on with high-impact campaigns across a variety of ecom clients. It’s a hybrid setup with 3 days a week in their Manchester HQ, offering that balance between collaboration and flexibility.

They’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running therefore the ideal candidate will already have at least 2 years’ experience running paid campaigns in an ecommerce environment and be confident managing paid media campaigns from day one.

What you'll be doing...

  • Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Work closely with clients to achieve their goals
  • Own campaign performance, get to know budgets and day-to-day optimisation
  • Analyse performance data and make clear, actionable recommendations.

What we're looking for...

  • Around 2 years experience in paid media
  • Experience with ecommerce campaigns either inhouse or within an agency
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end
  • Confident working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership from day one
