A luxury direct to consumer brand in the premium beauty and wellness space is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to support its next phase of global growth. The business has a strong international presence through its ecommerce platform and a select network of high end retail partners. This role will be central to scaling customer acquisition and driving efficient performance across multiple regions.
This is a hands on position for someone who enjoys working analytically, creatively and collaboratively. The Paid Media Specialist will take full ownership of paid activity across Meta and Google, while also supporting Amazon and additional digital channels. They will work closely with internal teams to shape strategy, optimise campaigns and ensure the brand continues to grow profitably across the UK, Europe, the United States and Australia.
What you will be doing…
- Managing paid activity across Meta and Google including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
- Overseeing Amazon Ads and supporting activity on channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Snapchat
- Developing full funnel paid media strategies aligned to commercial goals
- Monitoring and optimising performance daily to ensure strong ROI and ROAS
- Producing clear reporting with insights and recommendations
What we are looking for…
- Five or more years experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google
- Experience managing high annual budgets of around two million pounds or more
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working across international markets
- Experience with Amazon Ads and familiarity with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio or Power BI
- Background in luxury, beauty, fashion or premium ecommerce is beneficial
