This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Manager who thrives in a performance focused environment. The role will take ownership of paid search activity while also playing a key part in expanding additional digital acquisition channels including display, affiliates and paid social.

The successful candidate will combine hands on campaign management with strategic thinking, using data and insights to drive performance and identify new opportunities for growth.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms
  • Driving the growth of display and affiliate marketing channels to increase customer acquisition
  • Identifying and launching new paid media opportunities including paid social campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and turning insights into clear actions
  • Managing budgets effectively to maximise return on investment and deliver against business targets

What We're Looking For...

  • Previous experience within a paid media or PPC focused role with a strong track record of delivering results
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels including PPC, display and affiliate marketing
  • Commercially minded with a focus on driving growth, efficiency and performance
  • Confident using analytics and reporting tools to measure success and optimise campaigns
  • A proactive and ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast moving and collaborative environment
