Our client is a fast growing automotive technology business that set out to modernise the automotive industry. Rather than operating physical garages, the company acts as a digital intermediary, connecting customers with a trusted national network. The aim is to bring the same level of convenience and simplicity that brands like Deliveroo and Uber introduced to their industries.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of performance marketing across the business. This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing day to day optimisation with wider strategic thinking. The focus is PPC, but the remit also includes developing Display and Affiliate activity and exploring new channels as the business continues to scale.
What you’ll be doing…
- Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft
- Growing Display and Affiliate channels and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Introducing new paid channels including Paid Social
- Supporting in CRO testing and contributing ideas to improve conversion
- Managing budgets and ensuring activity delivers against commercial targets
- Analysing performance data and turning insights into clear actions
- Leading on testing, channel development and wider growth strategy
What we’re looking for…
- Three to four years of PPC experience with a strong track record of results
- Good understanding of Display and Affiliate channels
- Experience launching or scaling paid channels
- Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and CPA
- Confident using analytics platforms and comfortable working with data
- Ability to balance hands on execution with strategic thinking and attention to detail
