We’re partnering with an award-winning digital marketing agency to find a talented Senior Paid Media Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, driving performance across Paid channels while enjoying the flexibility of remote working. Although this role is primarily remote, the team values collaboration and connection, so you’ll be expected to attend fortnightly meetups at their Manchester office.
As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns. You’ll play a key role in delivering measurable results for clients, using data-driven insights and a strong understanding of audience behaviour.
What you’ll be doing...
- Own and deliver multi-channel Paid Media strategies, managing campaigns end-to-end across social, search, display, and beyond
- Optimise performance through continuous analysis, using data and insights to refine targeting, creative, bidding, and overall strategy
- Produce clear, insight-led reports and communicate performance, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated campaigns while staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates
What we're looking for...
- Experience managing Paid Media campaigns across multiple channels
- Agency experience
- Client facing experience and Excellent communication skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of Paid Media platforms and digital marketing trends
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools
