With significant investment planned across product, brand and marketing, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion and is now looking to strengthen its paid media capability.
A confidential opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join the team. This person will lead the development of the paid media function, shaping strategy across multiple channels and supporting the continued growth of a large and diverse member base. The role will focus on driving acquisition, improving performance and ensuring paid activity plays a central part in the wider marketing approach.
What You Will Be Doing…
- Leading the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across key channels
- Managing budgets and ensuring spend is aligned to performance goals
- Overseeing reporting and analysis to identify opportunities for growth#
- Working closely with internal teams to support wider marketing activity
- Guiding and developing a small team to deliver strong and consistent results
What We Are Looking For…
- Experience managing paid media activity across search, social and display
- A data led approach with confidence interpreting performance insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Previous experience managing or mentoring others in a performance driven environment
