An established, fast growing digital agency is looking for a highly organised Marketing Operations Manager to join their close knit, fully remote team. The company partners with B2B clients across content, creative and digital, and is known for its collaborative culture, high standards, and commitment to exceptional client service.
This is a pivotal operations role at the heart of the agency’s client services. The Marketing Operations Manager is the engine that keeps projects moving, systems running smoothly, and clients feeling supported and informed. Reporting directly to the CEO, this person ensures every project is delivered on time, to spec, and with a calm, organised approach.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Managing client onboarding and overseeing all end to end project logistics
- Setting up work, tracking timelines, dependencies and deadlines and reporting on progress
- Briefing internal creative, content and freelance teams
- Publishing content accurately and on time across client websites, WordPress, and social scheduling tools
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, while line managing one direct report
- Introducing and embedding AI tools to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency
What We’re Looking For…
- 5+ years’ experience in operations management, ideally within an agency or B2B content environment
- A clear communicator who genuinely enjoys building client relationships
- Tech‑savvy and excited by new tools, especially AI
- A proactive problem‑solver
- Experience using ClickUp (or similar tools such as Trello, Asana or Basecamp)
- Comfortable with WordPress, social scheduling tools (Buffer, HubSpot, SproutSocial), and basic video editing (Descript, Riverside)
