This opportunity sits within a major UK organisation operating in a fastmoving, multifaceted environment with broad national and international reach. The business continues to invest in its people, infrastructure and long-term growth, and its marketing function plays a central role in shaping how it communicates its vision, capabilities, and commercial ambition.

A seasoned Marketing Manager is required on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a senior, hands‑on role suited to someone established in their career, confident working within a corporate setting and able to balance strategic thinking with strong execution. Reporting into the senior marketing leadership team, the position focuses on developing and delivering multi‑channel communication plans that support lead generation, proposition development, and wider commercial objectives.

The contract can begin immediately, and the organisation is open to a hybrid arrangement with regular weekly office presence.

What You Will Be Doing…

  • Leading the creation and delivery of integrated marketing plans that support business growth, using both digital and traditional channels
  • Translating business priorities into clear content and communication strategies that build awareness across regional, national, and international audiences
  • Developing compelling propositions, differentiated offers and targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
  • Producing high‑quality content including press releases, blogs, case studies and internal communications, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and customers, while identifying opportunities arising from market and political developments

What We Are Looking For…

  • A confident, well‑rounded marketer with proven experience across both planning and delivery—not just tactical execution
  • Someone mature in their approach who can navigate a complex corporate environment with professionalism and ease
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn challenges into practical, actionable solutions
  • Broad marketing experience including proposition development, content creation and CRM led segmentation
  • A collaborative team player with energy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
