We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join an established brand. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, working across digital, retail and brand marketing. You'll collaborate closely with ecommerce, buying and retail teams to ensure marketing activity supports both brand growth and commercial performance.
This opportunity would suit someone with around five years' marketing experience and working alongside an agency. You'll be a confident copywriter and communicator with a commercial mindset, enjoy collaborating with different teams while taking ownership of your work in a varied and comfortable analysing campaign performance and using platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta Ads Manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver seasonal marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
· Write engaging copy for websites, email, social media and in-store marketing.
· Coordinate photography, video shoots and creative campaigns.
· Manage retail marketing materials, visual merchandising and packaging.
· Brief external agencies on paid social and search creative.
· Support CRM and loyalty marketing activity.
· Monitor campaign performance, budgets and reporting.
· Maintain a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
