Having recently launched into the UK market, they are now entering a key phase of growth and are looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of their journey.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will lead all UK marketing activity and play a pivotal role in shaping brand growth, customer acquisition and commercial performance.The role offers a blend of strategic planning and hands on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building, improving and scaling a consumer brand. Working closely with agency partners and a small internal team, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering measurable growth across digital channels while supporting retail partnerships and wider business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Owning the brand strategy and marketing plan, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition, improving conversion and increasing retention
- Managing external agency partners across paid media, SEO, social media, PR, influencer marketing and marketplace channels to maximise performance and return on investment
- Leading ecommerce growth initiatives, working to optimise the customer journey, website experience and overall online sales performance
- Developing and executing CRM and email marketing activity, including automated journeys, customer lifecycle campaigns and retention programmes
- Supporting retail partners with marketing assets, product launches and shopper marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all channels and markets
What We're Looking For...
- Proven experience in a consumer marketing role within wellness, supplements, health and beauty, or another strong direct to consumer environment
- Demonstrable success growing ecommerce performance, with a strong understanding of conversion optimisation and digital marketing metrics
- Experience managing multiple marketing channels and agency relationships across paid media, social media, SEO, PR and influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive commercial decisions and marketing performance
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to thrive in a fast paced, growing business where ownership and accountability are highly valued
