As part of their continued growth, the organisation is seeking a passionate and hands on Marketing Manager to lead their communications and brand strategy. You will be the driving force behind campaigns that raise awareness of their services, celebrate success stories and strengthen relationships with local authorities, families and wider stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Leading the development and delivery of a multi channel marketing and communications strategy
  • Creating compelling content for newsletters, social media, video, print and digital platforms
  • Managing and growing the organisation’s online presence, including website and social media
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to amplify impact
  • Planning and delivering campaigns that promote residential care, education and outreach services
  • Coordinating press and PR activity, including writing press releases and managing media contacts
  • Organising events and community engagement opportunities to raise brand visibility
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on reach, engagement and outcomes
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring all activity aligns with organisational values and goals

What We’re Looking For…

  • 3-4 years’ experience in the charity or not for profit sector
  • Strong digital content creation skills, including graphic design and video editing (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to delivery across social, print and digital
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for storytelling
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders including local authorities, partners and internal teams
  • A strategic thinker who is also happy to roll up their sleeves and deliver day to day activity
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms, SEO and CRM systems is a plus
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced, purpose driven environment
