This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Communications Executive to join a busy, creative communications team at a time of exciting growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how the business connects with its employees and wider community—through compelling storytelling, digital engagement, and inclusive communication strategies.
This role is hands-on and varied, supporting the delivery of content that drives engagement, reflects the company’s values, and embraces both human creativity and AI-led tools. There’s also a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, and the successful candidate will help amplify voices across the business through thoughtful, representative messaging.
Key Responsibilities...
- Deliver day-to-day internal communications across multiple channels with a people-first mindset
- Support initiatives that bring company values to life and foster a strong ‘One Team’ culture
- Help create inclusive content and campaigns, working closely with internal networks and groups
- Contribute to planning and producing internal campaigns across email, signage, video, and intranet channels
- Support internal broadcast content, including scripting and collaborating with an in-house studio
- Monitor engagement metrics to shape and improve future communications
- Partner with different departments to align internal messaging with tone, timing, and channel best practice
- Support wider internal campaigns and events as needed, working closely with the broader Communications & Engagement team
What They’re Looking For...
- Around 2+ years’ experience in an internal communications role, ideally in-house
- Confidence using digital and AI tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ChatGPT, Workshop, or similar
- Great writing and editing skills, with a flair for adapting tone and content for different audiences
- Experience supporting video or broadcast communications, including scripting and storyboarding
- Comfortable using insights and feedback to inform strategy
- Collaborative communicator with experience working cross-functionally
- Passionate about inclusion and storytelling that builds genuine connection
- Curious, proactive, and open to new ways of working and innovating within internal comms
