The role sits within a well established marketing function and will lead the organic search strategy across both UK and US markets. It’s a hands on role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape direction, test new ideas, and influence how the business approaches search in an increasingly AI heavy landscape.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Owning and delivering the SEO strategy across UK and US markets, with a focus on driving high quality organic growth and commercial impact
- Leading technical SEO improvements across the websites, including site structure, page performance and overall search visibility
- Working closely with content and marketing teams to shape SEO led campaigns, content plans and high converting landing pages
- Monitoring performance, analysing trends and using data to identify opportunities for continuous optimisation and growth
- Exploring and testing new approaches across AI driven and generative search, ensuring the brand stays ahead in an evolving search landscape
What They’re Looking For…
- Minimum 4 years SEO experience within a B2B, SaaS or lead generation environment
- Solid technical SEO knowledge alongside a good understanding of content strategy and search intent
- Experience using platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog
- A commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect SEO performance to wider business goals and revenue
- Someone proactive, collaborative and naturally curious, who enjoys keeping pace with changes across search and AI
