A well established B2C brand is seeking a commercially minded and data driven Head of Performance to lead their digital growth strategy. Known for its customer first approach and bold ambitions, the business is investing in performance marketing as a key driver of acquisition, retention and revenue.

This is a senior leadership opportunity offering real autonomy and strategic influence. The successful candidate will own the performance marketing function across paid search, paid social, display, SEO and app push, working cross functionally with data, product and brand teams to deliver measurable impact. The role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is confident managing agencies, stakeholders and budgets.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Define and deliver a data led performance marketing strategy across all digital channels
  • Lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Display, App Push with a focus on efficiency and ROI
  • Oversee SEO strategy and ensure technical fundamentals are in place
  • Identify growth opportunities and build investment cases for digital media
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to improve audience targeting and media effectiveness
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure alignment with performance goals
  • Present weekly performance updates and forecasts to senior stakeholders
  • Champion lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive ARPU and customer retention
  • Foster a high performance team culture and mentor junior marketers
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and lead innovation across channels
What we’re looking for...
  • Proven experience in performance marketing leadership within a B2C environment
  • Strong hands on expertise across PPC, SEO, paid social and display
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering against revenue and CPA targets
  • Confident managing agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and building business cases
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as SA360, Adobe, Appsflyer and others
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • A collaborative, proactive approach with a passion for digital innovation
