This Head of Digital role offers full ownership of the digital strategy across paid channels, with a clear mandate to drive lead generation, optimise performance, and deliver results. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, getting into the detail, and making things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Leading the full digital marketing mix across PPC, Paid Social, Pmax, and broader performance channels
- Managing the relationship with the digital agency to ensure delivery against KPIs
- Driving lead generation and conversion through data-led campaigns
- Owning reporting and analytics—being in the detail and using insights to optimise performance
- Collaborating with internal teams to align digital strategy with wider business goals
- Championing a test-and-learn approach to unlock new opportunities and scale what works
What We’re Looking For....
- A commercially minded B2C marketeer with deep experience across paid channels
- Hands-on and execution-focused—you’re a do-er, not just a strategist
- Comfortable managing agencies and internal teams to deliver results
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of reporting and performance metrics
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and digital growth
- Based in or able to commute to Manchester —hybrid working with 3 days onsite
