An opportunity has arisen for a bold, strategic Head of Brand to lead the next chapter of this brand’s evolution. This is a high-impact role for a creative thinker who thrives on crafting cultural moments and driving brand visibility. The successful candidate will own the global brand strategy, lead disruptive campaigns, and shape how the brand shows up across markets—from immersive activations and PR to influencer strategy and community building.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Developing and implementing global brand strategies that drive awareness, perception, and loyalty
  • Leading the evolution of visual identity and tone of voice across all consumer touchpoints
  • Creating and executing localised brand activations, pop-ups, and campaign rollouts
  • Building strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that amplify visibility
  • Owning the global PR strategy and managing relationships with media, talent, and influencers
  • Leading celebrity and stylist gifting programmes to secure premium placements
  • Managing influencer and affiliate strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Overseeing high-profile brand events and experiential activations in key markets
  • Owning the annual experiential marketing calendar and budget
  • Tracking performance and optimising brand strategies for growth and engagement

What We’re Looking For…

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a senior brand role within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
  • Proven track record of delivering viral, high-impact brand activations
  • Strong network across events, PR, and influencer marketing
  • Confident project manager with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
  • International experience and a growth mindset
  • High energy, fast-paced approach with a flair for spotting cultural trends
  • Inspirational leadership style with the ability to build and empower a high-performing team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
