This Head of Brand position offers a unique opportunity to shape and elevate a trusted brand in a fast-moving, competitive market. You’ll lead the charge on brand strategy, performance, and positioning—ensuring the business remains front-of-mind for its core audiences while expanding its reach and relevance.

Reporting into the senior leadership team, you’ll be the driving force behind brand evolution, storytelling, and strategic visibility across all channels. This is a high-impact role for a commercially-minded brand expert ready to make their mark.

Key Responsibilities....
  • Own and evolve the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across PR (digital and traditional), social media, and above-the-line channels.
  • Champion consumer and market insights to inform brand decisions and drive performance.
  • Manage and inspire internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class brand execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed brand thinking across the organisation.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, clarity, and resonance in all communications.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with clear, data-backed recommendations and strategic foresight.
What We’re Looking For....
  • Proven experience leading brand strategy in a consumer-facing organisation.
  • Strong background in PR, social media, ATL channels, and insight-led marketing.
  • A credible leader with excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence.
  • Resilient, entrepreneurial, and proactive—comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
  • Naturally collaborative, with a track record of building high-performing teams and partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for brand performance.
