A fast-growing online retailer is looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in eCommerce, digital marketing and online retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, imagery and website content.
- Support website merchandising, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with SEO and GEO content optimisation.
- Monitor product availability and online trading activity.
- Produce and analyse eCommerce reports using Excel.
- Monitor key KPIs and identify trading opportunities.
- Work closely with Buying, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations teams.
- Support general eCommerce administration and issue resolution.
About You
- Degree educated or studying a relevant subject.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- Comfortable working with data and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, commercially aware and keen to learn.
- Interest in eCommerce and digital marketing.
Desirable: Experience with Shopify/Magento, SEO, Canva/Photoshop or Google Analytics.
