We’re hiring a Digital PR Manager to join our clients fully remote agency team, who work with a strong mix of US, UK and international clients.
This role is ideal for a US-based Digital PR professional who’s ready to step up into a more senior position, take ownership of campaigns, and work closely with brands looking to grow visibility and earn high-impact media coverage.
You’ll be joining a fast moving, supportive agency that values output over hours, flexibility over rigidity and quality over noise. They work a 32 hour, 4 day week, 20 days PTO and offer genuinely flexible working hours and operate fully remotely. This role will require availability across US business hours to align with key clients and media relationships.
What You’ll Do...
- Lead and deliver Digital PR campaigns across the US markets
- Develop creative story ideas that earn strong media coverage and links
- Build and maintain relationships with US journalists, publishers and influencers
- Manage client communication and act as a key point of contact
- Oversee campaign performance, reporting and optimisation
- Support and guide junior team members where needed
- Contribute to wider strategy and campaign planning
What We’re Looking For...
- Agency-side Digital PR experience (essential)
- Strong experience working with US clients and US media outlets
- Proven track record of successful Digital PR campaigns
- Confident media outreach and storytelling skills
- Experience managing client relationships independently
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Comfortable working fully remote in a US-hours-aligned role
- Ready to step into a more senior, ownership-focused position
