A fast growing premium service business in the North West is bringing its digital capability in house for the first time. Operating across affluent postcodes and known for delivering a high touch customer experience, the company is now investing in a Digital Marketing Manager who can elevate its online presence, strengthen visibility across Google, and drive a consistent flow of high‑intent inbound enquiries.

This is a hands on role with full autonomy, supported by a specialist agency for periodic input. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team and take ownership of the digital performance strategy, spanning SEO, paid search, content, and conversion optimisation.

What You Will Be Doing…

  • Leading the digital marketing strategy with a clear focus on performance, lead generation, and measurable outcomes
  • Managing and optimising Google Business Profiles, including ranking, reviews, content, and service area strategy
  • Overseeing Local Services Ads and Google Ads activity, ensuring cost efficiency and strong lead quality
  • Developing and improving location specific landing pages designed to rank, convert, and reflect the brand’s premium positioning
  • Driving on page SEO, technical improvements, and site speed optimisation
  • Managing content planning and production to support organic visibility and user engagement
  • Monitoring performance across channels and producing clear reporting centred on calls, bookings, jobs, and postcode performance
  • Identifying opportunities for quick wins while building a scalable long term digital engine

What We’re Looking For…

  • Proven experience driving digital performance for service based businesses, ideally with a local or multi location focus
  • Strong hands on expertise across SEO, paid search, and conversion optimisation
  • Confident managing content creation, site edits, and technical improvements
  • Someone commercially minded who prioritises leads, revenue, and real outcomes over vanity metrics
  • A self starter who enjoys autonomy, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast growing environment
