The Opportunity

We’re recruiting a Digital Events Executive to take full ownership of the company’s webinar programme. This is a hands-on and highly visible role within the marketing team, working closely with clinical and commercial colleagues to plan, deliver, and optimise digital events that drive lead generation and brand engagement.

You’ll manage the full webinar lifecycle—from ideation and promotion to execution, performance analysis, and lead handover.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a strategic mindset, and an eye for both data and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Webinar Delivery & Promotion

  • Build and manage a full calendar of webinars, including topic planning and speaker coordination
  • Promote events across digital channels (web, email, social, etc.)
  • Own platforms, processes, and campaigns to drive registrations and high attendance
  • Provide lead reports and performance insights to sales and marketing
  • Create campaign briefs for design, email, and sales enablement assets

Strategic Ownership

  • Take full ownership of the digital events strategy, aligning with wider growth objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and delivery
  • Continuously monitor performance and optimise tactics to meet lead/revenue targets

Content Development

  • Work with subject matter experts to develop engaging, educational webinar content
  • Ensure all events reinforce the brand’s authority in the market
  • Support seamless transition of webinar attendees into sales opportunities

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing digital events or webinars in a marketing context
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Strong digital and technical skills, including webinar platforms
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
