A growing online retail business is searching for a Digital Acquisition Manager to lead their paid media strategy across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a data driven environment, and wants to make a tangible impact on digital growth.
You’ll take ownership of all paid acquisition activity, shaping how the brand shows up across search, social and marketplace channels. Working closely with trading, marketing and creative teams, you’ll ensure campaigns support stock priorities, seasonal trends and commercial goals.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Running and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax), Meta and TikTok
- Driving improvements in ROAS, CPA and overall profitability through structured testing
- Managing budgets, forecasting performance and identifying opportunities to scale
- Reviewing performance across channels, categories and marketplaces
- Delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
What We’re Looking For…
- Strong hands‑on experience across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok
- A commercially minded marketer who understands profitability and growth levers
- Someone proactive, organised and confident taking ownership
- Clear communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams
- Strong attention to detail and a data‑driven approach
