My client is a forward-thinking digital business with a global customer base, offering high-quality online products and experiences across the tech and education sectors. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, they’re committed to empowering their teams with data-driven insights and collaborative decision-making.
We’re looking for a commercially aware Data Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role sits at the heart of their Sales and Marketing functions, helping to unlock the value of their data and drive smarter, faster decisions.
What you’ll be doing…
- Analyse data from CRM and internal platforms to uncover insights across customer behaviour, campaign performance, and sales activity
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support decision-making across Sales and Marketing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and improve lead generation, conversion, and retention#
- Present findings in a clear, actionable format to non-technical audiences
- Support segmentation, targeting, and testing initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
What We’re Looking For…
- Minimum 4 years experience in a data analyst role, ideally supporting sales or marketing teams
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Preferably a background in tech or publishing industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing funnels, and sales performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis
