A well established market leader in the automotive sector is looking to welcome a CRM Executive into its growing marketing team. The business has supported millions of customers across the UK and continues to invest in its digital and customer communication capabilities. The successful candidate will join a friendly and fast paced environment where collaboration, innovation and high quality work are genuinely valued.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping customer journeys and delivering impactful communications. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in driving the company's communication strategy across email, SMS and other channels. The role is based three days a week in the Middleton office with two days from home.
What you will be doing…
- Planning and delivering email and SMS campaigns that meet fast moving deadlines
- Reporting on performance across commercial, engagement and industry benchmark metrics
- Optimising customer journeys and improving existing communications
- Supporting with data segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences
- Working closely with the in house design team to build and refine email layouts
What we are looking for…
- At least two years experience in marketing or communications with hands on CRM or email platform use
- Strong understanding of email marketing and customer journey mapping within a CRM platform
- Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong creative, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
