This is a hands-on role for a seasoned CRM professional with a strong grasp of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and campaign execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams to refine CRM processes, enhance automation, and deliver targeted communications that improve retention and lifetime value.
What you’ll be doing…
- Audit and optimise existing CRM workflows and customer journeys
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels
- Implement segmentation strategies to improve engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM with broader initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Support platform migration or integration projects as needed
What You’ll Bring….
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM strategy and execution
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Proven track record in customer segmentation, automation, and lifecycle marketing
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments is highly desirable
