We’re on the lookout for a Creative Technologist to join our client team, this is a forward-thinking role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, design, and engineering. This position is perfect for an individual who enjoys experimenting with new ideas, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions, and helping clients embrace emerging technologies.
The Creative Technologist will explore new tools and workflows that push the boundaries of what’s possible in creative production. From AI and automation to immersive media and real-time systems, this person will help shape how ideas are made, shared, and scaled.
What you'll be doing...
- Explore and test emerging technologies to enhance creative and production workflows.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to uncover challenges and identify innovation opportunities.
- Monitor trends in AI, automation, 3D, and real-time production, applying insights to practical solutions.
- Share discoveries and best practices to drive the company’s innovation strategy forward.
- Design and develop prototypes that bring new ideas and capabilities to life.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects and guide teams through the adoption of new tools and methods.
What we're looking for...
- Experienced in creative technology, production innovation or research & development roles.
- Proficiency with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Enthusiastic about testing AI tools and automation in creative workflows.
- Skilled in using production tools and some coding or scripting (such as JavaScript or Python).
- Comfortable blending technical know-how with creative thinking to bring ideas to life.
- Background working with 3D environments, AR/VR, or generative design technologies.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to pilot, balancing innovation with delivery.
- Understanding of UX/UI design, prototyping, and agile methods.
- Strong communicator who can explain technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
