The business is looking to hire a Content Manager to take ownership of its content strategy across digital channels. This role will focus on creating and managing high quality content that supports acquisition, engagement and conversion, while remaining compliant and customer focused. The Content Manager will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates with its audience.
What you will be doing…
- Owning and delivering the content strategy across web, blog and supporting marketing channels
- Creating and editing clear, engaging and compliant content for a consumer audience
- Working closely with marketing and wider business teams to align content with growth objectives
- Managing content planning, calendars and performance tracking
- Reviewing and optimising existing content to improve engagement and conversion
What we are looking for…
- Proven experience in a Content Manager or similar content focused role
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience creating content for digital platforms with a commercial mindset
- An understanding of SEO fundamentals and content performance metrics
- Experience in regulated or compliance led industries is beneficial but not essential
