The Role

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Content & Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising content across all digital touchpoints. From shooting short-form videos and lifestyle photography to running email campaigns and social media channels, this role is ideal for someone who wants to take full ownership of creative output and help shape a growing brand’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (TikToks, Reels, behind-the-scenes, product features)
  • Capture high-quality lifestyle and product photography
  • Write compelling blogs, captions, and email content in line with brand voice
  • Design digital assets using Canva and edit multimedia content using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Lightroom

Digital Channel Management

  • Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor trends and proactively suggest new content formats and ideas
  • Coordinate and schedule User-Generated Content (UGC)
  • Engage with social media communities, responding to comments and messages

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and schedule visually appealing email campaigns (product launches, storytelling, promotions)
  • Maintain and segment customer databases for better targeting and retention

Performance Tracking & Paid Support

  • Track and report content performance using analytics tools
  • Provide creative support for paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Google)

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for content creation and a strategic mind for digital growth. You’ll be comfortable behind both the camera and the keyboard, with a strong portfolio of creative content to show.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in content creation, ideally within DTC, retail, or e-commerce
  • Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, and Canva
  • Confident using DSLR/professional cameras and smartphones for video and photo capture
  • Strong understanding of visual-first platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and CRM tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and a bias for action
