We’re looking for a Communications Lead to spearhead internal engagement across a series of high-impact digital initiatives—including the launch of a new internal communications and engagement platform and the rollout of AI capabilities across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Take a bold proposal and bring it to life—crafting and delivering a change comms strategy that supports colleagues through every phase of transformation.
- Translate technical developments into inspiring, confidence-building messages. Help build an AI hub that fosters curiosity, responsible usage, and peer-to-peer learning.
- Shape the comms strategy for a new one-stop-shop internal platform. Think beyond traditional channels—emails, digital signage, studio broadcasts—and help build a hub that’s intuitive, engaging, and culturally aligned.
- Use real-life examples and colleague voices to make change feel human, relevant, and exciting.
What You’ll Bring...
- Proven experience leading internal communications for large-scale digital change projects.
- Strong strategic thinking—able to assess audience needs and deliver messaging that lands.
- Digital fluency across tools like SharePoint, ContactMonkey, and Teams.
