Are you a natural deal-closer with a passion for building great business relationships? Our client is a growing marketing agency in the Cheshire area who’re on the lookout for a confident and driven Business Development Manager to help take things to the next level.
You’ll be at the forefront of driving new business – identifying opportunities, negotiating with potential clients, and closing deals. You'll be the person who opens doors, builds trust, and brings in the kind of work that moves the agency forward.
You’ll work closely with the leadership and delivery teams to make sure everything runs smoothly from pitch to project completion, always keeping the client’s needs front and centre.
Who we’re looking for:
- Someone with 2+ years’ experience in business development or sales
- Background in a marketing / SEO agency – (bonus, not a deal-breaker)
- A confident negotiator who knows how to win people over and seal the deal
- A proactive, commercially-minded thinker who’s hungry to hit targets and grow with the business
- A team player who communicates clearly and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment
The role:
- Salary up to £33,000
- Commission scheme
