A well established UK organisation specialising in financial guidance is seeking a Brand Manager to elevate and evolve its already trusted presence in the market. The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening brand identity, sharpening messaging, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This is a hands on, strategic, and creative position suited to someone who thrives in a fast moving environment and enjoys turning insight into compelling brand experiences. Working closely with marketing, digital, product, and leadership teams, this person will be responsible for driving brand clarity, cohesion, and visibility.

What You Will Be Doing…

  • Developing and refining the brand strategy to ensure clear positioning and differentiation in the market
  • Owning brand guidelines and ensuring consistent application across campaigns, digital channels, partnerships, and internal communications
  • Leading brand campaigns from concept and creative briefing through to execution and performance review
  • Collaborating with content, design, and digital teams to deliver engaging, on brand assets and messaging
  • Monitoring brand performance, audience perception, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting product and service launches with strong brand narratives and integrated marketing support
  • Acting as a brand ambassador internally, helping teams understand and champion the brand purpose, tone, and values

What We Are Looking For…

  • Proven experience in brand management, ideally within a consumer focused or service led environment
  • A strategic thinker with strong creative judgement and the ability to translate insight into impactful brand activity
  • Confident working across multiple channels, with a solid understanding of digital, content, and campaign execution
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • A proactive, organised, and detail driven approach, with a passion for building brands that feel human, trustworthy, and distinctive
  • Someone who enjoys balancing big picture thinking with hands on delivery
