They are now looking for an Affiliates Manager to join their ecommerce function and play a key role in scaling their affiliate programme. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital, this person will take ownership of the channel, build strong partner relationships and drive year on year growth. It is an exciting opportunity for someone commercially minded, entrepreneurial and ready to shape a high performing affiliate strategy within a thriving retail environment.
What You Will Be Doing...
- Managing the existing affiliate programme and ensuring trade plans and key offers are accurately published across the network
- Working closely with ecommerce and marketing teams to integrate affiliates into wider multichannel campaigns
- Providing timely and insightful reporting on channel performance for stakeholders including senior leadership
- Achieving budgeted KPIs and delivering profitable year on year growth
- Building strong relationships with key partners and developing plans to grow these partnerships
- Identifying and evaluating new affiliate partners, networks and opportunities to expand reach
- Driving innovation by exploring emerging channels, tools and industry trends
What We Are Looking For…
- Proven experience managing an affiliate programme with clear evidence of growth
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with confidence in data led decision making
- Experience managing budgets including forecasting, planning and ROI optimisation
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross functionally and influence wider business and marketing plans
