A cutting-edge ad tech agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its growing client services team. Known for delivering leading programmatic advertising solutions, the agency partners with an impressive roster of global clients spanning a wide variety of sectors. This is a key client-facing role, you will act as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring high-performing campaigns and long-term relationship success.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in client services within the media ecosystem, with a strong track record of building client relationships and working cross-functionally with internal teams. They’ll have a solid understanding of digital channels, including programmatic, and be confident using data to craft stories. Excellent communication, strong organisational skills, and a sharp eye for detail are essential, along with a proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of campaign lifecycle - from onboarding and setup through to execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
- Nurture and grow client relationships, gaining deep understanding of their marketing challenges and growth objectives. Spot commercial opportunities through research and proactive outreach to existing and potential clients.
- Act as the internal voice of the client, ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded at every stage. Track and manage performance, ensuring all KPIs and pacing targets are on course.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems, managing contracts, budgets, and invoicing processes.
- Work cross-functionally with internal delivery teams to align campaign expectations and timelines.
- Lead meetings, pitches and presentations, confidently communicating value-driven media strategies. Assist in developing impactful, creative responses to briefs through insight-led proposals and presentations.
