About the Team
This newly formed, award-winning team plays a key role in delivering growth through best-in-class online advertising across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display. In 2024, the function was fully in-housed, bringing together talented digital marketers with cutting-edge tools and a bold vision for the future.
Purpose of the Role
As Performance Media Tech Specialist, you will support the delivery of the team’s technology roadmap. You will help optimise tools, automate workflows, and improve efficiency across performance channels. Working closely with internal teams, agencies, and global platform partners such as Google, Meta, AWIN, Smartly, and others, you’ll help implement new tools and ensure their successful adoption within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Performance Media channel leads to identify opportunities to enhance workflows and performance through technology
- Collaborate with media platforms and partners (e.g. Google, Meta, AWIN, Smartly) to scope and implement new tools
- Support the delivery of a centralised technology plan aligned with long-term growth goals
- Manage the rollout and adoption of new tools across the performance media team
- Track the impact of new technology integrations on performance and efficiency
- Stay informed about emerging tools and industry innovations, feeding ideas into team planning
- Support and mentor the Performance Media Tech Executive, contributing to a culture of curiosity and collaboration

- Tangible improvements in performance or capability from new tech rollouts
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders, platforms and partners

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proactive and curious with a passion for digital media and innovation
- Good understanding of at least two performance channels (e.g. Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Display)
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance media
- Hands-on experience with key platforms and tools (e.g. Google Ads, SA360, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, AWIN, Smartly)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and bringing new ideas to life
